Allied Construction Corporation dba Barny's Pizza (Barny's) appealed the Commissioner of Education's protest decision denying Barny's protest regarding PSS-RFP-07-025. Barny's had been granted one of several contracts under the RFP and brought its protest after award. OPA found that it was in the best interest of PSS and the Commonwealth to affirm the contracts and denied Barny's Appeal.
